What can LifeColiving do for me when I become a member?

When you become a member at LifeColiving, you have an all-inclusive rate, that includes the following:

Is it pet-friendly?

Even if we love animals, we only allow pets at Pertegas, for the other houses, we only allow certified assitance pets for those tenants with qualified disabilities.

How many people do I have to share the bathroom with?

Many bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, the others tipically have a 2 people ratio per bathroom, and never more than 3; and yet as there is weekly cleaning of the common areas, you don´t have to worry about whose turn it is to clean the bathroom.

Can I live with my partner?

Of course, we have some rooms designated for couples at several of our houses, these rooms generally have ensuite bathrooms.

How is the whole process like?

It a super easy and hassle-free process, it actually can be done online, or on the site if you are in town, or you are local; ask for a tour. Both a virtual and an in-person tour can ba arranged. You first need to fill in an application form on our site, and can chat with the LifeColiving personnel in charge, you can book the room right away while we do some backgrounds checks, and if everything is cleared, you sign your contract.
